Ginger joined the BFF Team in 2018 to add her valuable HR insight and 20+ years of HR experience to enable us to better serve the administrative and human resource needs of our business owner and professional clients. Additionally, she will lead your retirement plan's Investment Committee in their refocus on addressing your most pressing business needs rather than wasting their valuable time on your 401(k) plan other employee benefits.
In her current role as BFF HR's Managing Director, Ginger not only helps our sister company Benefits Functional Fiduciaries, Inc. deliver on 401k plan administration, but she can also assist business owners and professionals in their efforts to develop HR practices for their workplace that enhance employee satisfaction and company performance, limit legal exposure, and ensure regulatory compliance.
Ginger is a respected HR Executive with 20+ years’ experience in leading HR operations for high-growth organizations both large and small. She has well-developed skills in business operations, people-needs analysis and talent acquisition & management. She also has an extensive understanding of employment laws and HR industry best practices. Ginger has developed and implemented strategic plans, rebuilt HR organizations with client and strategic culture focus, managed company audits, and implemented healthcare and benefit programs.
Prior to joining BFF HR, Ginger was the Vice President of Talent at Entertainment Partners, the industry leader in providing payroll, workforce management and employee benefit solutions to the entertainment industry. In this role she supported 1,100+ corporate employees.
Ginger holds a master’s degree from Claremont Graduate University with a concentration in Strategy and Leadership. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology with a concentration in Industrial Relations from the University of California, Los Angeles. She is also a member of SHRM and holds an SPHR certification. Ginger currently sits on the Executive Education Advisory Board for USC, Marshall School of Business.
